Buying for a course

Which do I need for a class of 20?

One mask per participant, so two ten-packs. Valves are sold in 50 and 100 packs because they are swapped more often than masks. How many BVM kits you need depends on how many stations you run, not how many students you have — most courses share kits between pairs.

Is this equipment safe to use on a person?

No. It is training equipment, labelled for training use only, and made to be used with manikins. Clinical resuscitation equipment is a different category with different regulatory requirements.

Will the masks fit our manikins?

Check the measurements against what you own before ordering. Our ten-pack training masks are 4.0 by 5.8 inches and moulded for adult practice. Mask sizing is the usual reason replacement stock does not fit an existing manikin set.
