Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is our goal with every purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us know and we will work to make it right.

We have a 30-return policy from receipt if you are not happy with an item. We will replace, refund the purchase price of the item (if returned), or credit you for other items, your choice.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of our receiving the returned item. All other return shipment credit requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Before returning an item you must first contact us for Return Merchandise Authorization. We must receive the return within 10 days of RMA issuance. Please Note: If the item has been used than it is not able to be returned for a refund.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
