Find your size

Measure around the widest part of the area you need to cover. Match that measurement to the circumference column below. The knit stretches well past its flat width, so it should feel snug without pinching.

    Wrap a tape measure around the widest part of the limb or area you want to cover.

  2. Match

    Find the size whose circumference range includes your measurement.

  3. Choose the fit

    Between two sizes, the smaller gives firmer support and the larger gives more room.

What if I'm between two sizes?

Go smaller for firmer support, larger for more room. The knit stretches to roughly one and a half to two times its flat width, so both will fit — they just feel different.

Should it feel tight?

Snug, not tight. It should stay in place when you move without leaving marks or restricting circulation.

How much length should I cut?

A little more than the area you want to cover, so it can move with you. A pair of bandage shears is included in every box.

Can one roll cover more than one area?

Yes. A 33 foot roll is continuous, so you can cut several lengths from it as you need them.
