Request a refund

Unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Send us a note using the form below and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number, which you will need before posting anything back.

How it works

Four steps

  1. Tell us what you are returning

    Send your order number and which size you want to return using the form below.

  2. We issue an RMA number

    You will get a Return Merchandise Authorization by email. We cannot accept a return without one.

  3. Post it back within 10 days

    Send the unopened item to the return address below. Return postage is at your expense.

  4. We refund you

    Your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the item reaching us.

Items that have been opened or used cannot be refunded. This is a wound care product, so we cannot resell a roll once its packaging is broken.
