Wrap a flexible tape around the widest part of the area the bandage will cover, without pulling it tight. Match that number to a size. If a dressing goes underneath, allow for the extra bulk.

What size tubular bandage should I use for my thigh?
Four sizes cover thighs, from small through very large:
- Size E — fits 12–18″
- Size F — fits 14–20″
- Size G — fits 18–24″
- Size J — fits 22–32″
Thigh circumference varies more between people than almost any other measurement, so measure rather than guess.
What size is best for a large thigh?
Size G fits approximately 18 to 24 inches. For very large thighs, Size J fits approximately 22 to 32 inches.
Do you sell extra-wide tubular bandages?
Yes. Sizes G, J and K provide progressively wider coverage for larger thighs, hips and trunk areas. Size K is the widest at 8.5 inches flat, fitting 28 to 44 inches.
Can it be used for lymphedema in the leg?
Tubular compression can be used in some lymphedema-management situations, usually as part of a clinician-directed treatment plan. Compression strength and fit matter, so this is not a case for simply choosing a tighter size yourself.
